• Product(s) sold are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We only accept returns strictly in case the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Product(s) sold can be exchanged within 7 days or we can offer you a store credit for the same amount from the date of invoice, only for Damaged/Wrong/Defective products if notified to us with in 48 hours of the product(s) delivery.
  • If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can offer to exchange the product for a preferred size for which you will have to bear the cost of shipping both ways.
  • Original receipt must be presented for exchange.
  • Original product is required. Exchanged product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
  • Product(s) that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, ironed or with label(s) cut ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
  • No exchange or replacement will be made for defects caused by negligence, rough handling or normal wear and tear.
  • Product(s) can be exchanged ONLY within the same category and colour and if not available we can issue you a store credit for the same amount,
  • Slight colour variation is possible due to digital photography/resolution & as per the lighting & your mobile/PC/display device.
  • Important: Product(s) opening video is a must to be eligible for any kind of Exchange/Returns.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Some fabrics may shed excess colour. Certain ikats and block- printed products are prone to excess bleeding. In such cases it is advised that you dry clean or hand wash the garments.
